What Select Choice Provides
Select Choice Contractors & Trades Directory provides paid advertising space for local businesses. We are not the contractor, a project-payment service, or a licensing or certification program. Customers choose and contact providers independently. An advertisement does not establish that a business has been screened or endorsed.
Your Account and Content
You must be authorized to advertise the business and have permission to publish its descriptions, contact details, logos, photos, and video links. Keep your account secure and your business information accurate and current. Do not submit misleading claims, impersonation, stolen content, private information without permission, unlawful material, or unrelated spam. State licenses, insurance, qualifications, prices, and service availability accurately.
By submitting content for publication, you authorize Select Choice and its hosting providers to store, format, and display that content to operate and promote your directory listing. You retain ownership of your original content.
Plans and Publication
Plans cover up to one, two, or three advertisements. Create a free account, save your listing, preview it, and mark it ready for publication. Eligible completed ads publish automatically when an active subscription or eligible promotion covers them. No manual approval is required. The plan’s ad allowance is applied in creation order. Ineligible, expired, or ended subscriptions do not provide publication access.
Saving a published ad as a draft stops its public display. Editing or removing an ad does not cancel its subscription. Technical interruptions may affect availability. See the current advertising plans and checkout for prices, billing frequency, included ads, and applicable charges.
Recurring Billing and Promotions
Review the recurring payment schedule and renewal terms presented at checkout before purchasing. A first-month promotion applies only when the selected monthly plan and coupon qualify and the checkout confirms the discount. Paid recurring charges follow the promotional period unless the subscription is canceled. Annual billing is charged for the annual period; a monthly first-month promotion does not imply a free year.
Promotions have eligibility and redemption limits. A discounted or free first period does not guarantee future discounts. Your checkout confirmation identifies the actual plan, price, and discount applied.
Results and Customer Relationships
Advertising does not guarantee calls, leads, jobs, revenue, Google placement, or search rankings. Customers and service providers are responsible for their own estimates, contracts, licenses, insurance checks, project payments, and disputes. Select Choice does not take a percentage of your jobs.
Reports and Misuse
Visitors may report inaccurate, inappropriate, or unauthorized listings. Reports are reviewed privately and do not automatically remove an advertisement. Select Choice may restrict or remove content that violates these terms or creates misuse of the service. Automatic publication does not prevent later review of a report.
Cancellation, Billing Questions, and Refund Requests
Cancel renewal directly in Manage My Subscriptions. Confirm the cancellation and wait for Wix to accept it. Eligible ads remain available until the current paid or promotional period ends. See Cancellation & Billing for details. Cancellation does not automatically issue a refund. Refund questions are reviewed against the purchase terms and applicable requirements; this page does not promise or exclude a refund. It does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.
